Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to prevent weekend transit delays.

Packaging: All perishable items are shipped chilled, not frozen, using insulated liners and reusable gel ice packs.

Labeling: Packages are clearly marked as “Perishable. Keep Refrigerated.”

Delivery Time: We utilize 2–3 day shipping services to ensure prompt delivery.

Customer Responsibility: We recommend refrigerating your products immediately upon arrival to maintain their quality.
